The aim of this thesis is to investigate the perception that a patient, who has had a psychosis, has of the relationship with their families and close relatives. This will give insights as to how these relationships affect the recovery and provide leads for improving the relationships and improve the recovery.
The research question will be: ‘What support do patients need and how do they experience support from their family and close relatives during the recovery process of their psychosis?’
